Change in Motion brings physiological testing, strength assessment and movement analysis together in a private lab near Lincoln.

Depending on your agreed assessment, tools include SpiroFit, lactate testing, VALD ForceDecks and DynaMo, RunEasi and Ochy. The protocol is selected for the question being investigated.

Understand what the measures mean.

You will know what each test involves and why it is relevant. Tell us in advance if you need an adjustment or would like to discuss anything privately.

MOVEMENT CAPACITY · VALD HUMANTRAK

See how you move.
Know what to work on.

Camera-based 3D movement assessment, without markers attached to your body.

We use HumanTrak to assess joint movement and how you perform tasks such as squats and reaching. Alongside our VALD strength assessments, it helps us explain your movement patterns and identify priorities for mobility and training.

For everyday capability

Included in Healthspan assessments, with movements selected around the activities you want to keep doing.

For your sport

Included in Complete Performance Profiles and selected for goal-focused profiling where movement is relevant to your performance question.

For tracking progress

Visual results can help explain your baseline and compare the same movements at a later assessment.

We select the movements around your goals and suitability before your assessment. Movement findings inform recommendations; they do not diagnose injury.
